EXCLUSIVE: Tony Robbins Destroys New $24.7 Million Mansion!

EXCLUSIVE Fire-walking self-help guru Tony Robbins, who secretly bought a beach mansion near Palm Beach for $24.7 million, now is spending between $8 million and $10 million to “improve” the property.

Never mind that the place already saw a major renovation just months before Robbins bought it!

According to building permits filed the Palm Beach County for 750 South Ocean Boulevard in Manalapan, Robbins is having work crews demolish a beautiful infinity pool overlooking the ocean built last year.

It’ll be replaced by another pool, made in gunite.

Celine Dion lists her Jupiter Island mansion for $72.5 million!

Robbins also obtained a permit to gut the interior of the 16,000-house, and to rebuild.

Records show the house was outfitted with a new elevator, patio, fountain and barbecue area last fall.

Neither contractor hired by Robbins’ homeownership trust is returning calls for comment.

But an engineer who’s been involved with major renovations in the Palm Beach area, estimated the job would cost Robbins at least $8 million, maybe $10 million.

“For most people, this looks like a giant waste,” the source said. “But these rich people want what they want. It’s not unusual for the buyer of a property like that to level something that was just redone.”

Robbins’ wealth is estimated to be in the $480 million-range, money he made through seminars, life coaching books and speaking engagements.
